Happy mother day to all the mothers in the world. Hehe!
Early in the morning, i read "the sunday times". Ohh goshh, Liverpool win by penalty 3-1. HAHA. Gerrard is really the best player in the world! He had done all his supporters proud!
Liverpool is the 2006 FA Cup champion! :)))
Then we went ate our breakfast in heartland mall. Then i went to market, because i need to find those ingredients for the "korean BBQ chicken". Then i went home and prepare my ingredients and also all the sauce. I use 1.5h to prepare all those sauce. Tried! But is worth because that is part of my mother day present.
I throw the chicken into the sauce then i started to Marginate. I put into the refrigerate and let the chicken absorb the sauce. Smell delicious!
At abt 4pm we went to play some sport game. Until 6pm we are back, then i started my BBQ chicken. Then i place the chicken in a big plate and is ready to be serverd!
I think that dish is quite special because is like we wrap the chicken and the rice togther in a lettuce. Is also very healthy. My mum love that BBQ chicken and she said: " This year Mother day is special" I glad to heard that from her.
Then we had our dessert make by my dad. Yummyy!! I love today!
Tml is a hoilday for me, still thnking where which go??
