I read a story from an e-mail send from my dad. Is a very meaningful story.
STORY:
This story tells about two friends that were walking through the desert.
At one point during the trip they started arguing and one of the friends hit the other in the face.
The one that had been hit was hurt, but without a further word, wrote down in the sand:
‘TODAY MY BEST FRIEND HIT ME IN THE FACE.'
They carried on walking until they came across an oasis, where they decided to freshen up and bath.
But the one that had been hit before got caught in the mud and was about to drown, but the friend saved him.
After he had recovered, he wrote down on a stone:
“TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE.”
The friend that had hit his best friend and had then saved him asked:
After I hit you, you wrote in the sand and now you are writing on stone, why?
When someone hurts us we should write it down in sand so that the wind can forgive us by blowing it away.
But when someone does something nice for us, we should engrave it in stone, where no wind can ever blow it away.

LEARN TO WRITE DOWN YOUR PAIN IN SAND AND TO ENGRAVE THE GOOD EXPERIENCES IN STONE.
They say it takes a minute to find someone special, an hour to appreciate them, a day to get to like and love them, but it takes a lifetime to forget them.

Anyways, today have our 2.4km run.
Everyone was like quite scare(in a sense).
I did some warm-up, then the first grp started to run.
Can see that jn and m was in a same pace.
In the end, M touched the finishing line first.
Then is my turn to run, at first i ran quite *fast* ,after that slower down my pace. Everytime i run 2.4km, i can feel that my breathing sound was very loud!
I heard some senior and friends encouragement. Thank you!
This time i improved by 3sec. I'm quite glad. I will hit my target one day!
After the run, lydia started to cry and made the atmosphere worse.
Mrs Soh told us, the main opponent is not ur friends or anyone, but is YOURSELF!!!
After some time, we told Mrs Soh about that matter, she said all those index from 01-12 need to run again because there may be some cheating.
I was quite disappointed after hearing that, i must be optimistic and within the two week i should train hard and hit my target.
Have lessons after that by Mrs G, I was very MAD abt her.
She said, i was self-centred because i don't give people a chance to ask questions.
She gave me such a sarcastic remarks which i felt hurt, after a few mins she came and tell me,why she ignore me just now. She said she has a weak body, very easily she will have MC. I felt a little sorry for her and i noe i am RUDE!

After recess, was Geography. Went to IT lab then we had the presenter to present their presentation.
W presentation was very long (55pages)
Then suddenly there is a commotion, between W and M.
I was giggly behind, others were laughing too.
I was cheesed off by my own behaviour because of sth.
Everytime i will do that, why why why???
After school, went to look for carmen, she was not around and i went back home myself. Carmen sms at 2 plus and i read her msg at 4plus. HAHA -.-'
I was thinking the whole day, why?
Not much hws today, i was like playing the computer for the past two hours.
Slacking!
I think i wrote a lot today!
