I didn't make it again.
when can i run below 1hr in 10km?


it seem like so easy for some(pro)
but not for me
i tried so many many times.
:(

alright.
i shall train harder.

i was so excited when i saw MR TEO SER LUCK!
omg!!!
MY IDOL.


He is super super "shuai" when he wore sports attire.
He was in a tent doing interview wif ESPN.

I rly wish i had the courage to ask whether
can i take a photo wif him.
that my wish!

I must say
he is
super great!


He ran FULL MARATHON(42.195km)
i think less than 4hrs 30mins??

How i wish i could finish the full marathon.
still waiting for that day....

and i saw another idol.
Doctor William Tan.
He was at Padang too.

Anyway this year marthon is super pack.
50 000 ppl participated.

my mum and i took abt 30mins to look for my dad.
that is consider fast because we didn't have hp wif us.

i wished i could see another idol.
a young idol.(i mean jy)
but so sad,i didn't.

i want to play sims2 now!

my first day of work was on 29nov08.
yeah it was sometime boring sometime fun.


luckily there was a new staff too.
because both of us are new that why we had little things to do.
so we chit chat a little.


while chatting..
i realised all the staffs in running lab are runner.

most of them running 42km for this coming sunday marathon.

and the new staff(jy) he running 42km too.

he is 20yrs old only.

he was an ironman too.omg!


nxt yr i'm going to try 21km
and by 19 or 20yrs old
maybe i will try 42km if i can.


seriously i admire ironman.
they are rly damn fit.
they can run,swim and cycle.

we had trn at funan in the morning.
meet jy at city hall.

the trn was not bad but i prefer yester trn.
that "teacher" was funny and sound more relax.

i'm super tired now!
but i feel lyk playing sims.
anyway tmr i'm meeting my tt mates.
