Today is the NewtonActibeRun09.
-10km.

Many of my colleagues in running lab took part in this run.
Also shili and her sis-shihui jiejie.

Was super happy when i saw my two idols today.
-Mr Teo Ser Luck.
and jy(1641).

I saw my idol-jy running.
omg,he is super fast.

I think he start late.
At 2km he overtake me (in a very fast speed).
then when i at 4km,he was at 6 or 7km.
i think he finish within 45mins.

Quite satisfied wif my timing.
if i'm not wrong is 62.42mins.
a 1 min improvement.
