how is it like fainting?
i tried many times:(

today nearly but lucky
went jogging in the morning,
at 2k when i suppose to continue the sixth lap..
i can't see anything and nearly fall.

quickly i went find a chair to sit.
rest walk rest walk rest walk.
a 400m path,i used 10mins to walk.

reached home and lie on the floor.
i feel like dying at that time.
really!

called mum.
she poured a hot milo for me.
felt better after that,thank to the HOT milo.
and of course MUMMY!

Mummy said no more running alone in the morning:(

seriosuly i'm v scared...6dec is coming.
no training!
